…regular stuff…

…we wait for the school bus each morning and william & i wave to elly as she rides off for her day at school…

…and we wait for her to come home each day…luckily we get to chat with friends while we wait.  :)

…and here is what william did for a while yesterday…watching one of his favorite shows—“Meet the Sight Words.”

   

funny story—we let our friends lucas & sophie borrow the movie for a while last year, and lucas promptly said, “mama, you need to give this movie back to william.”

he’s not a fan--maybe i just have weird kids.  ;)

wednesday…

…is elly’s day for gymnastics…i get to visit with my friend, claudine (love her!)… william plays, snacks and likes to watch elly through the window into the gym…

…especially when i get to take photos of my kids in ‘em!  let me just say, it is way easier to photograph other people’s children…can’t imagine why…i had to bribe mine with bubble buddies, which worked.  hey—no judging.

*sidenote—tried to find a link for those of you who aren’t sure what a bubble buddy is—you don’t even want to know what came up….just go see ‘em at learning express (or, as william calls it—polar express)…

just gonna explain the name:
ellory has always called nail polish "ponolish" and william calls lemonade "yemalade"...so i thought it was an appropriate way to remember the funny things they say.
they crack me up on a daily basis....so thankful that God has entrusted me with their care. :)
